DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR, RBI AUSTIN

Kristy Recker is the Development Director for RBI Austin and has served in that position for 5 years, managing the fundraising arm of RBI Austin. She is dedicated to bridging the gap between donors who financially support the mission and the families served, by providing personal insights into the real-life circumstances our children experience. 

Kristy’s background as a Senior Sales Executive and e-commerce expert for Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods companies and online marketplace organizations, led her to follow her dream of uniting her sales background with her passion for serving underserved Austin-area youth.  

She began as a volunteer head softball coach with RBI Austin in 2014, and continues to passionately coach today. She remains a committed mentor to 5 of the young ladies she met in the first years as a coach. 

Kristy grew up on the east coast and attended Hanover College in Indiana.   

Kristy is an animal advocate, and a dedicated volunteer at Austin Pets Alive!, currently serving on the transport team, and previously serving on the foster and dog-walker volunteer teams. 

 Kristy is a proud member of the Greater Mt Zion Baptist church for 25 years, and has been the Chaplain of the Cat Osterman Softball Academy for 3 years.
