Rajiv Patel is the Co-Founder and President of Spear Street Capital. With offices in San Francisco and New York, Spear Street Capital acquires, owns, and operates commercial real estate product in markets in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Spear Street Capital has approximately $10BN in assets under management. Mr. Patel oversees the company’s operational and investment activities and directs the firm’s professional staff on a day-to-day basis. Mr. Patel is a graduate of University of California Los Angeles and Yale University. He lives in San Francisco with is wife, Kaylene, and two children Jaden (16 years) and Josephine (13 years).
