EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Capital Creek, Madison held finance roles at Advanced Micro Devices and Dell Technologies, where she managed budgets exceeding $65 million and advised executive leadership across sales finance, internal consulting, and integration management. She earned her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin with concentrations in Finance and Investment Management, graduating in the top 20% of her class. She also holds a BS in Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration from UT Austin. Madison interned with Capital Creek for a year during her MBA before joining full-time.

BOARDS & OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES

Madison is a member of the Titans of Investing program, led by Britt Harris, which develops leadership and wisdom focused on financial markets. During her MBA, she served as a Fund Manager for Texas McCombs Investment Advisors, managing a $20M portfolio, and remains actively involved as an alumna. She is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society recognizing top-performing business students. Lastly, Madison is active in her local Austin Community and is a member of the Colorado River Society, an organization dedicated to preserving the Texas Colorado River through education and engagement.
