EXPERIENCE

Marcus graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in business and a minor certificate in Real Estate. Following graduation, he received an internship at the nation’s largest university endowment, UTIMCO, moving him to Austin, TX. There, he served as a summer analyst building attributes for risk monitoring systems to assess the risk of real and private assets. Before joining Capital Creek, Marcus spent two years as an Investment Analyst at Notley, a single-family office in East Austin, focused on private markets investing and led Notley’s back-office expansion into a multi-family office known as Palmyra Capital.

BOARDS & OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES

Outside of work, Marcus is an Ambassador for InternXL, helping non-traditional students fulfill internships in Tech, Finance, and Engineering!
