  • Help manage the Addepar environment, including adding and updating client records, investments, and attributes.

  • Solve reporting or performance inconsistencies through your understanding of performance calculations and your ability to review multiple data sets.

  • Understand the onboarding process and be able to onboard new family office clients.

  • Comfortably complete subscription documents on behalf of our clients.

  • Work with clients and their advisors to help provide guidance on estate and tax-planning advice.

  • Review processes and constantly seek efficiencies and improvements.

  • Assist our operations team and investment team as needed.

  • Serve our clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from Accredited University, preferably with a degree in business.

  • 3-5 yrs experience at bank or other financial institution.

  • An advanced understanding of investment performance calculations and reporting systems.

  • Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail.

  • High emotional intelligence and trustworthiness with intellectual curiosity.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle high volumes, a quick pace, and multiple concurrent assignments.

  • Ability to think and operate independently with limited guidance.

  • Positive attitude with a ‘no task too big or too small’ mentality; a desire to help and serve.

  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

  • Capability to learn new (and complex) systems quickly.

THE PERKS

  • You are a part of an innovative and collaborative team that will both support and challenge you.

  • You will earn a competitive salary with discretionary bonus.

  • Fully-paid healthcare, vision, and dental benefits for you and your family.

  • Company paid investment into annual Private Markets All-Access Fund.

  • Exposure to various asset classes, and some of the top-tier firms in the investment world.

  • Fast-paced environment where proactive self-starters who want to take on more responsibility can thrive.

  • Work with a high degree of ownership, responsibility, growth, and exposure.
