Steve is a founding partner of 35 South Capital and has 40 years of institutional real estate experience. Prior to founding 35 South, Steve co-founded CapRidge and served as Senior Managing Director for TRS, where he was responsible for managing the $45 billion private equity and real estate portfolio.
